Ukrainian leadership, led by the President and all members of the government, remains in office and is working for the people, as announced by Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov on Facebook.
He advised all Russian soldiers to follow a Russian warship [a metaphoric command for someone to get lost] or surrender before it was too late.
“As for capitulation, Ukraine will accept Russia’s capitulation with understanding,” he summed up.
On 1 March, the Defense Minister warned Ukrainians about the Russians’ plans to cut off communications and falsely announce the capitulation of the Ukrainian government.
