On 10 March, Ukrainian aircraft destroyed two large convoys of enemy equipment and struck 10 occupants-owned planes. Air Force Command of Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
"On 10 March, bomber and assault aviation of the Air Force, with the fire support of helicopters of Ukrainian Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, inflicted a devastating blow on two large convoys of equipment of the Russian fascist occupants. According to preliminary information, the whole regiment of Russia’s airborne troops included a full set of equipment: tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, MLRS “Grads” and more," the statement read.
According to the Air Force anti-aircraft missile forces, four air targets were hit - preliminary, three Su-25 attack aircraft and one Su-34, which after the defeat did not reach its own airfield and crashed in Russia. This was confirmed by the Air Force.
The Ground Forces have also shot down two invaders’ Su-25 in different directions. One of them was shot down by an American "stinger". The information was provided by units of the Ground Forces and confirmed by photographs.
As reported earlier, the Ukrainian military knocked down three tanks, an anti-aircraft missile system "Tor" and two multipurpose conveyors, seized 7 tanks and the armored reconnaissance vehicle.
