The US Department of the Treasury has published a list of people subjects to new US sanctions, including 10 top VTB Bank officials, oligarch Viktor Vekselberh, 12 Russian Parliament members, and the family of Putin's spokesman Dmytro Peskov.

Sanctions have also been implemented on ABR Management, the management company of the "Rosia" Bank group, which is called the Kremlin's "personal bank." Because the company is included in the sanctions list, Yuri Kovalchuk, the chairman of Bank "Rosia" board of directors, is also subject to sanctions. According to Biden, Kovalchuk is called Putin's banker.

Also, the property of Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, who owns more than $ 6bn, was sanctioned. Viktor Vekselberg has been subject to US sanctions since 2018. Still, measures taken on Friday introduced sanctions, according to another article, which let block the plane and the yacht that cost $ 90m and $ 180m in assets, respectively.

The United States has also implemented sanctions on the wife and adult children of Russian President Dmytro Peskov's press secretary and members of the Russian Parliament. They led efforts to recognize the so-called L / DNR, including Parliament Speaker Viacheslav Volodin and Russian Communist Party leader Hennadiy Ziuhanov.
