At the same time, according to Suspilne, a shell hit a 12-storey building in the Shevchenkivskyy district of Kyiv. According to preliminary information, two people were injured. Rescuers are working on the spot.
From 08:00 pm on 15 March till 07:00 am on 17 March in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, a curfew was declared. It is forbidden to move around the city without special passes.
