On the night of 16 March, the enemy shelled two settlements in the Odesa region - there were no casualties; however, there were two injured people. This news was reported by Serhii Bratchuk, the speaker of the operational staff of the Region Military Administration (RMA) of Odesa. Meantime, injured people get first aid.
Bratchuk mentioned that the enemy's goal is to get through the air defense so that they can identify and destroy it.
At the same time, as Bratchuk states, The Black Sea Fleet hasn't gone anywhere: their ships are plying and re-grouping. Therefore, the probability of missile strikes in the region remains very high. However, the Ukrainian defense forces are ready to fight back, said Bratchuk.
The night in Vinnytsia was also uneasy. At four in the morning, two explosions were heard in the city. Information on this is currently being clarified.
