There are two victims; 37 people were evacuated.

In Kyiv, due to shell fragments entering a 12-storey residential building, a collapse occurred on the 12th and technical floors, and a neighbouring 9-storey building was also partially damaged. It happened on 16 March at 06:16 am.

Rescuers evacuated 37 people, two of them were injured, according to the press service of the State Emergency Service.

"As of 07:45 am, the SES eliminated fires on the balconies of the 3rd, 10th, 11th and 12th floors, and in the top floor apartment. There is no burning in the nine-storey apartment building," the SES said.

Work on the search for victims and dismantling of structures continues.

35 personnel and eight units of SES equipment were involved at the scene, including psychologists from the Rescue Service.
