When the war is over, sappers will spend a few years only on demining the territory because it is impossible to restore any object without it.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Denys Monastyrskyy, stated this, Ukrinform reports.
The minister noted he was communicating with all 27 interior ministers of the European Union and with some of our other neighbours, particularly Turkey.
Monastyrskyy clarified that he was already appealing to his fellow ministers to train their teams, specialists, and equipment from all over Europe and the world to come and help Ukraine in demining facilities.
"Because no restoration of any object is possible without the demining stage. The resources available to Ukrainian rescuers will not be enough to do it in a short period. Therefore, colleagues are already preparing such assistance - a large-scale landing of rescuers from all countries, in particular the European Union, and the United States and Britain to help us during this period," said Monastyrskyy.
Earlier, Ukrainian rescuers showed how they neutralized an air bomb in Chernihiv.
