The Air Force Command reported that, at 5 am, the anti-aircraft missile unit of the South Air Command shot down two Russian Su-30SM fighters, which intended to attack a village in the Odessa region.

"The anti-aircraft missile unit of the South Air Command destroyed both planes. The pilots ejected and fell into the Ukrainian Black Sea, following their planes," the statement said.
