In the last 24 hours, Russian troops have inflicted more than 50 strikes on the districts of Kharkiv. At night, the invaders attacked one of the city squares with missiles.

However, Kharkiv remains solid in its defence and the Armed Forces will not retreat one single metre. The Russians have already suffered a disgraceful defeat near Kharkiv and Ruski Tyshky. Ukrainian fighters forced the enemy to retreat to their previous positions, the head of the regional state administration, Oleh Synehubov, wrote in the Telegram.

Since the beginning of active hostilities, the enemy has used cluster bombs, vacuum bombs, cruise missiles and Iskander [mobile short-range hypersonic ballistic missile systems].

“As for humanitarian work, we have distributed 17 wagons and two trucks of food, clothes and medicines in the last 24 hours. We thank everyone for your help! We are counting on opening the "humanitarian corridor" from Izyum. The city is destroyed; the only way out is to evacuate people! Russia hasn't said "yes" to the "corridor" yet. We are doing our best to organise the evacuation tomorrow," he said.

Yesterday, the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down one more Russian plane near Kharkiv. On 15 March, the enemy tried to enter Kharkiv from Pyatyhatky, but the Ukrainian army pushed the enemy back.
