President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that it is not yet time to reveal Ukrainian tactics in negotiations with Russia. He said this in a video message.
"The occupiers thought they were going to Ukraine, which they had seen before, in 2014-2015. Ukraine they constantly corrupted and which they were not afraid of. And we are different. And this allows us to defend ourselves against a full-scale attack for 22 days. Everything we have done during a couple of years. For our defense. For our tactics. For our defense tactics, we can not reveal while the war is going on. It is not time to reveal our negotiation tactics either. Negotiations for peace, sovereignty, territorial integrity of our state, our will . We work more in silence than on television, radio, or Facebook. I think it's right," Zelenskyy said.
The President also added that he was grateful to Western leaders for their support of Ukraine and thanked all the heroic cities fighting the occupiers right now.
"Our Mariupol, our Kharkiv, our Chernihiv, Kyiv region, Izyum, all our hero cities. Those cities that are in a difficult situation now. Very difficult. We do everything; all of us are doing everything. Absolutely everything. Our army, police, State Emergency Service of Ukraine, humanitarian convoys, church ... All our people. We will not leave you. And we will not forgive them, "Zelenskyy said.
On 17 March 2022, Zelenskyy awarded five rescuers with orders "For Courage."
