Russia destroys Kharkiv Public Administration Academy

They have already destroyed seven hundred eight buildings in the city, including more than 600 multi-storey buildings.

On the morning of 18 March, the Russians launched a rocket attack destroying the premises of the regional institute of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine in Kharkiv.

Kharkiv telegram channels reported this information, and the deputy head of the Kharkiv RMA, Roman Semenukha, confirmed it.

The Chief of the Main Department of National Police Service of Kharkiv Region, Volodymyr Tymoshko, published the photo from the scene.

"In the photo, there is a house where civilians lived, a playground where our children played, a public administration academy where students studied philosophy, history, law. There is also a piece of the missile control unit, which instantly destroyed it all on the morning of 18 March. Putin did not make this missile. No, some bastards with the surnames of Ivanov, Petrov or Sidorov, who watch movies about World War II, eat Ukrainian lard, with whom you meet at resorts and communicate very nicely, and sometimes you can even drink, made it. They are raising their children and killing yours," Volodymyr Tymoshko wrote.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that the Russians bomb houses, schools, markets and infrastructure in the city every day. Multi-storey buildings in Pivnichna Saltivka suffered the most.

"708 buildings, including more than 600 multi-storey buildings. Suppose we have 8,000 houses, count for yourself. Kharkiv residents have always been proud of administrative buildings, Art Museum, Korolenko Library, many historic buildings, and the historic city centre. They are destroyed today. Today, you see a completely different city when you drive through Kharkiv. Of course, your heart bleeds when you see it," Kharkiv mayor said by Kharkiv Today.
