Press center of State Emergency Service of Ukraine reports that on the 19th of March, a civilian building was damaged as the result of the shelling of Rubizhne.
People were trapped under the debris. A brigade of firefighters of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine arrived at the accident site. Under the debris, they have found 2 children with no signs of life. The rescuers tried to carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but, unfortunately, paramedics had to confirm the death. The rescuers continued to clear the wreckage and found another woman and a child. Paramedics confirmed the death of the woman. The child is safe and in stable condition.
We should remind that Russian occupant armed forces had fired with the use of multiple launch rocket system “Grad” into peaceful civilians in the city of Kreminna [it is located in Lugansk region]. On March, 18, Russians killed 4 people in Lugansk region, and 10 more received injuries. As the result of the heavy shell bombing of Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, Pryvilliya, Kreminna 54 buildings, and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
