In Kharkiv region, communication with the humanitarian convoy heading to the city of Vovchansk was lost. This was announced by the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synegubov.
According to him, the convoy included ambulances, buses for possible evacuation, and two trucks with humanitarian aid of 20 tons each. "As soon as they left the city from Saltivka direction and headed to the territory which is temporarily out of our control, the connection was cut off. Together with the President's Office and Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, we have been trying to locate them for several hours. Most likely, it is under the control of the occupying forces. We are doing everything possible to bring our people back," the statement said.
According to GPS data, it is clear that this convoy is now under the control of the occupying forces, said Synegubov.
He also said that humanitarian aid was sent to Mala Rogan.
“We were informed about the provocations, and they happened: the occupiers broke the "green corridors". That's why we decided to unload the aid in another place,” the head of the Regional Military Administration said.
The activity of enemy troops had been observed in Dergachi and Izyum, but the occupiers were completely defeated by our Armed Forces.
“The city of Kharkiv is under the full control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They hold on to their positions and, of course, they are not going to give them up,” he said.
