Occupiers mobilize debtors and alimony payers due to lack of reservists

Debtors and alimony payers are being mobilized due to the lack of reserves in Russia.

The Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reported this.

“Given the total lack of recruitment to the army combat reserve, the occupiers apply new forms of covert ‘mobilization’. As reservists are reluctant to return to the army and refuse to sign contracts, the Russian prosecutor's office intentionally looks for people, who have troubles with credits, alimony payments, and other debts," the statement said.

The number of such people is growing progressively, given the consequences for the Russian economy from the imposed sanctions.

So, debtors are offered exemption from all credit obligations in the case of signing a contract with the Russian army.

In particular, such offers began to spread in the Republic of Tatarstan, Pyatygorsk, Rostov-on-Don, and the North Caucasus.

‘Recruitment’ of people, who have some criminal records is also ongoing. Criminals are offered a full amnesty in exchange for participation in the war against Ukraine.

Earlier, the occupiers continue to involve personnel of provision delivery units in direct military actions. This is evidence of the critical situation in the army of Russian invaders.
