The U.S. has not recorded any cases of transfer of arms from China to Russia, CNN reports.

“I can’t make predictions going forward. What I can tell you is we have not seen since those meetings or since the President’s conversation with Xi, the provision of military equipment by China to Russia, but of course, this is something we are monitoring closely,” – Jake Sullivan, the National Security Advisor to the U.S. President, said.

Recall that on 19 March 2022, during the two-hour conversation, President of the United States warned China’s leader of the consequences for Beijing if it provides financial and military aid to Russia for its aggression against Ukraine.

Earlier the Financial Times” informed that Russia asked China to provide military aid to continue invasion of Ukraine. FT also says that the United States informed the Allies in Europe and Asia that China “demonstrated readiness” to provide military support to Russia in its invasion of Ukraine. Then said information was confirmed by the U.S. officials who added that Washington would try to convince Beijing not to interfere on the side of Russia.
