Since the beginning of the Russian invasion on Ukrainian territory, more than 20,000 cars with humanitarian cargo were registered on the state border checkpoints. It was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS).
“Such vehicles have high priority when crossing the border and their registration is completed with a shortened procedure,” stated the SBGS.
Border guards say that the majority of humanitarian cargo arrived from Poland and Slovakia.
During the first three weeks of March, Ukraine has received over 150,000 tons of humanitarian aid.
