Chief Directorate of Intelligence (CDI) of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense obtained personal information of some servicemen from the 38th Air Defense Brigade (military unity 92616, town of Brest) of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
“For the crimes committed against the Ukrainian civilians and all the war crimes, they will stand before the court and be held accountable,” CDI noted.
There are 106 people on the list. A PDF file can be accessed by this link. The information contains the first and last names, photos, military rank, ID number, registration/residential address, phone number, brand, and car numbers they own.
“By the way, the hashtag “Russian occupiers” is not a publication mistake, although we are talking about Belarus war criminals, as there is no such state as the Republic of Belarus. This is all one horde of the Russian Federation,” says the message from the CDI.
At the same time, Ukrainian intelligence officers note that Ukraine never was and never will be hostile to the Belarusian people.
“The Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense yet again emphasizes that Ukraine never was a threat, never had planned and does not plan any aggressive actions towards Belarus. At the same time, Ukrainian military intelligence appeals to the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Belarus and urges them to refuse to participate in Russia’s criminal aggression against our country. The crimes that occupiers are committing each day against civilians, including innocent children and women, have nothing in common with the military courage, officer honor, and duty to your homeland, Belarus,” the statement said.
The CDI assured that they have complete personal data of all the servicemen, and their relatives, from the units of the Armed Forces of Belarus, whom Russia is trying to get involved in the shameful, alien to them, and clearly the losing war against Ukraine.
Last week the CDI assessed the threat of an offensive to Volyn from the Belarus territory as a high one. The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, stated that Belarus was an accomplice of the invasion from the very beginning.
