Over the past 24 hours, the russian occupation forces have shelled from artillery, mortars and tanks in the areas of Saltivka, Piatihatka, Oleksiyivka, HTZ, Kholodna Gora, Kulinichi, Velyka Danylivka, and Dergachi in Kharkiv. In total, about 46 strikes were recorded in the city on March 31.
There were also about 170 shellings by the enemy with MLRS type "Hail" and one missile strike in the central part of the city, which was stated by the head of the Regional Military Administration (RMA) Oleg Sinegubov.

"At the same time, no activities by enemy aircrafts in Kharkiv were observed. But there is some activity of enemy UAVs which flew for reconnaissance purposes," he said.
The head of the RMA said that the evacuation of residents from the Izium district has begun, as active hostilities continue in this direction.
Sinegubov noted that the Kharkiv region receives humanitarian aid every day. The regional logistics staff is working 24 hours a day. Received shipments from Poltava, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Volyn, as well as international partners - Poland, the Czech Republic and more.
“Everything received from the regions of Ukraine, international partners is being transferred to the distribution points of Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta in Kharkiv, volunteers who deliver to citizens home addresses. We also send humanitarian aid to the communities in the region," said the head of the Kharkiv RMA.
