Since the beginning of the full-scale war with russia, every medical facility in the Luhansk region has been shelled.
Serhiy Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, has made this announcement today.
At the moment, there is not a single undamaged hospital in the Luhansk region.

It was… Now the hospital remains in the occupied part of the city; the russian orcs are making films there and accusing the Ukrainian military of its destruction. The traitor-chief doctor is playing the show, although he knows exactly who destroyed the hospital and when,” the statement reads.
Рaidai added that the russians were deliberately depriving the Luhansk region of health facilities so that the injured would not have a chance to survive.
“We will rebuild hospitals, and traitors will be procesuted under the law on collaborators,” he added.
