1,617 apartment buildings have been destroyed in Kharkiv since the beginning of the war.

This was reported by the Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terehov, the press center of the city council informs. 

As he said, the shelling continued this Saturday and Sunday. At the end of April 10, the enemy used cruise missiles. In addition, he reported that russia had begun using new weapons - parachute bombs and delayed-action mines.

Terehov said, that despite the war, many people do not want to leave their hometown, although they have the opportunity to evacuate.

Russian occupants remotely dispensed delayed-action mines in the Industrial district of Kharkiv. 

The occupants are also dropping parachute bombs on Kharkiv. Ihor Terehov, the mayor of Kharkiv urged citizens not to approach such shells and immediately report them to the rescuers.
