Ukraine has received an official online representation on the social network LinkedIn - linkedin.com/company/ukraine-ua. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The English-language page will focus on working with a professional audience - entrepreneurs, opinion leaders, journalists, as well as expats and foreigners in general.
In addition, the community of Ukrainians on LinkedIn can now mark Ukraine's account as a place of work and emphasize their Ukrainian origin.
"In the face of war and hybrid threats, Ukraine.ua's LinkedIn page, like other official Ukrainian channels, will spread the truth about the war, Russia's war crimes against Ukraine and the heroic struggle for freedom in the heart of Europe," the statement said.
The page will also consolidate international support to increase economic and sanctions pressure on Russia, as well as tell stories about Ukrainian entrepreneurs and companies during the war.
“Ukraine's LinkedIn page is part of Ukraine's digital channels ecosystem for communicating with an international audience, which already includes Ukraine's official website Ukraine.ua and Facebook, Instagram, Spotify and TikTok profiles of the same name. Today, these channels promote pro-Ukrainian narratives - about Ukraine as a country of freedom and dignity with a thousand-year history, unique cultural heritage, and its struggle to protect European values and world security," the Foreign Ministry said.
