Journalists' sources in western intelligence agencies confirm that almost one-third of the forces concentrated by the russian federation in mid-February to invade Ukraine have lost their combat effectiveness.
This was reported by "Ukrainska Pravda" (Ukrainian Truth) with reference to CNN and BBC correspondent Mark Urban.
“The number of russian battalions tactical groups (700-1k soldiers each) rendered combat ineffective in the Ukraine war so far has been reassessed at 37-38 according to a western official, leaving 90 operational. That suggests heavier losses than previously thought,” said Urban.

CNN reporters found out during a conversation with a Pentagon official that russia is currently heavily supplying its forward units in eastern Ukraine with logistics and reinforcing them with auxiliaries.
Thus, the convoy, which was spotted by satellites in the village of Velykyy Burluk in the Kharkiv region, was most likely moving to Izyum to reinforce the russian troops. U.S. intelligence saw equipment for command and control of field headquarters, support for infantry and possibly drones.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, russian mothballed arms are in bad shape. For example, in the 4th Tank Division, out of 10 "mothballed" tanks, only one is in operational condition.
According to SSU, russian soldiers refuse to go on the offensive and sabotage the orders of the leadership. Some of their units are already on the verge of revolt.
