Russian Federation often has problems with restoration of equipment after deconservation from long-term storage warehouses.
The Chief Directorate of Intelligence of Ministry of Defense of Ukraine informed about this.
The occupiers are trying to recover losses from equipment of long-term storage. In particular, at the airfield in Klimov, Bryansk region (35 km from the border of Ukraine), the enemy is arranging a repair and recovery workshop. Currently, the enemy`s workshop is trying to "put into operation" a significant amount of equipment coming from long-term storage.
"The condition of this equipment is mostly extremely unsatisfactory, which makes it impossible to use it. At the same time, storing places are being created for storing equipment that was damaged on the battlefield," the Chief Directorate of Intelligence said.
In general, according to intelligence, the Russian Federation often has a problem with restoring equipment after "deconservation" from storehouses. Optical devices and electronics containing precious metals were completely stolen from the military vehicles.
In particular, the 4th Tank Division of the Russian Federation found out that out of 10 "mothballed" tanks, only one is in a more or less operational condition. The rest are completely dismantled. Some of them do not have engines. At present, plans to transport the equipment from storage to the front have actually been failed.
"According to available information, the commander of the 13th Tank Regiment of the 4th Tank Division of the Russian Federation shot himself," the Chief Directorate of Intelligence added.
Please be reminded that the Russian occupiers lost about 16.5 thousand of manpower, 575 tanks and 117 aircrafts as of March 26.
In particular, on March 25, the occupiers lost 3 aircrafts, 3 drones, a helicopter, 5 cruise missiles, 8 tanks.
