On 18 April 2022, the Air Defense Forces of the Air Forces and the Ground Forces destroyed seven air targets of the russian occupiers.

In particular, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed a Su-30 fighter, four operational and tactical UAVs, and two cruise missiles.
"The Air Force aircraft continues to perform tasks on protecting the airspace and firing for effect on the Russian occupation forces," - says the statement.
In the war against Ukraine, the Russians lost almost 800 tanks, more than 310 aircraft, and about 20.6 thousand personnel.
