The Azov Regiment published a video from Mariupol, a city under siege by the enemy, whose defenders have been deterring the russian occupier's offensive for over a month.

The footage shows the bodies of dead Ukrainians. Some of them are lying next to cars, and some of them are lying simply on the ground.

There are also relentless enemy shelling and hits on residential buildings, fires caused by russian shells, scorched empty black buildings, and mangled roads.

“What is Mariupol and Mariupol residents today? It is a city completely destroyed, bombed, burned and raped by the russian occupiers. It is hundreds of dead bodies in the streets. It is graves of family members in yards, on roads, in kindergartens. It is the constant shelling of residential areas of the city by russian killers,” Azov soldiers said.

They stressed that the city does not surrender and continues to be Ukrainian as long as it is defended by the brave defenders of Mariupol until the last bullet runs out.

“The city must be Ukrainian to hope for a happy future, lest it becomes one of the many already dead cities of the unrecognized “republics”, the Regiment added.

Today, the commander of the 36th Marine Brigade, Major Serhiy Volyna, appealed to world leaders to apply the withdrawal procedure to the military of the Mariupol garrison, to civilians who are with them there at the steel plant. He also stressed that this could be his last statement because they have only a few days or even hours left.

Today, Ukraine has previously agreed on a humanitarian corridor from Mariupol for women, children and the elderly. All the time the occupants not only kept the city under siege but also prevented centralized evacuation. It was only possible to leave by private transport, but not every day.
