The units of the Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) troops of the Air Forces and the Ground Army hit 9 drones of tactical level, three aircrafts, and five cruise missiles, informs the Command of the Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF).
In particular, Ukraine’s defenders destroyed Su-34, Su-35, Su-25. “Military transport, fighter, bomber and attack aviation of the Air Forces continues to do special missions in the air of Ukraine, to strengthen and cover ground forces, to hit Russian occupation army with fire,” said the announcement.
As of the morning of 23 April 2022, Russian occupiers lost about 21,6 thousand soldiers, 854 tanks, and 2,205 armored vehicles in Ukraine.
