The chairman of Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stephanchuk and speakers of the parliaments of Romania, North Macedonia and Switzerland - Florin Cîțu, Talat Jaffery, Irene Kelin visited Hostomel and Irpin, reported the parliament press office.
“The speakers of the parliaments of Romania, North Macedonia and Switzerland will continue to support Ukraine. They said so when they saw Hostomel and Irpin with their own eyes," - Stefanchuk wrote on Telegram.
According to him, the speakers of the parliaments of Romania, North Macedonia and Switzerland are ready to help Ukraine bilaterally and internationally, to increase sanctions pressure on russia, to join in restoring an independent, sovereign, flourishing Ukraine.

Irpin is one of the most affected cities in Kyiv Oblast. It was released from russian troops on March 28. Currently, the city is restoring roads and electricity. $1 billion is needed to rebuild the entire infrastructure of the Irpin hromada after the massive destruction.
Hostomel is one of the strategic suburbs of Kyiv. Fierce fighting for its control had been held since the beginning of russian aggression.
