The Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haiday, called on drivers to be careful about fuel consumption, to refrain from making unnecessary trips due to the difficult fuel situation - there are no surviving gas stations left in the city. He wrote about this in Telegram.

"What is happening in the Luhansk region - many people have seen it from their own window or news feed. No surviving gas station, fuel depot, deadly threat during its transportation. The russians even hit the Lysychansk refinery, where there were only remnants of oil products,” - Haiday said.

He announced agreements with new suppliers of fuel, but reminded that first of all the state needs to provide the fuel to the rescue services, medics, police, and military - those who daily counteract russian aggression and provide assistance to Ukrainians.

In the Luhansk region, according to Sergey Haiday, there are up to 50 thousand people. Russian troops focused on storming Popasna and advancing on the settlements of Lyman and Siversk.
