Ukraine is doing everything possible to regain control over temporarily occupied territories, but it’s impossible to discuss any exact dates of results now - Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar stated in the interview with LB.ua.

“You see, there can be no exact dates, no exact promises of results. It is a constant dynamic process, it is a difficult complex struggle. And today it will be wrong to define and say exactly that tomorrow it will be so, do this. The struggle is underway now, ”the Deputy Minister said.

She added from what can be said that according to law, Special Operation Forces are engaged in the liberation of the occupied territories.

"Today, the fact that (Russians - LB.ua) can not hold a referendum, is no accident. I can't tell you everything, but draw conclusions. … It is impossible to say that the situation there is not under control, no one knows whether they were captured or not. This is a war, and the defence plan, including special operations, is not the subject of videos, interviews or anything else, because we will disrupt all work," said the Deputy Defense Minister.

Besides that, Hanna Malyar noted the huge resistance of the local population in the occupied territories, which is admirable.

"Yesterday, our military television published footage from there, people help us, we film there, in those territories, about the fierce resistance of our citizens. And this is something that should not just be shown, it is necessary, first of all, to admire these people, it is very difficult for them now, but they are doing it. It is necessary to show this example of how to behave if the territory is temporarily occupied, and the Russians do not manage to do as in 2014, precisely because the state is doing its job," said the representative of the Ministry of Defense.

Earlier Hanna Malyar noted that the General Staff is reluctant to publish forecasts due to the fact that the information is used by the enemy.
