"15 young women - servicemen and medical workers have already died in Azovstal. This is a tragedy for the whole Ukrainian people. These are the best of us, real heroes. We have to do everything to save them," - Boichenko wrote.
According to him, last Saturday, deputies of Mariupol City Council appealed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine with a request to use all international tools to save Ukrainian defenders and conduct an "extraction" operation.
Boichenko posted a video showing that the occupiers continue to drop super-heavy bombs at the Azovstal plant.
Earlier, the commander of the 12th brigade of the operational appointment of the National Guard of Ukraine Denys Shlega reported that about 600 wounded Ukrainian soldiers are now at Azovstal, 40 of them are in very serious condition. Medicines and medical instruments are very lacking.
