"Do not offer us a ceasefire, it is impossible without the total withdrawal of Russian troops. Ukrainian society is not interested in a new "Minsk Treaty" and the return of the war in a few years," he said.

A few days ago, Podoliak confirmed the information of the Russian Party that the negotiation process between Ukraine and Russia has been suspended. He explained that the negotiation process has been suspended because Russia's military and political leadership still thinks stereotypically and does not take into account the changes in the situation in Ukraine that were observed since the beginning of the war. The Ukrainian and Russian delegations had their last face-to-face round of negotiations on March 29 in Istanbul. After that, the negotiations were held online.
