In Mariupol (Donetsk region), the russian occupiers introduced one-time passes to travel around the city/ To obtain those you must register in the queue.

The adviser to the mayor Petro Andryushchenko reported about it on Telegram.

“Since yesterday, the occupiers have introduced a new access system in Mariupol and Mariupol district,” he said.

A car and passenger pass is required to enter the city. It is valid for three days but is one-time. The commandant's office of the occupiers issues passes in Mangush and Vinogradny at the filtering points. The queue for the document is scheduled for several weeks in advance.

To leave the city you also need to have a pass for cars and passengers. The term and rules are the same. You can get the document in the regional departments of the “Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DNR”.

To travel in the Mariupol district without entering the city, you need to take a pass in Mangush. It is impossible to travel without it from Mangush to Yalta or Urzuf. The term and rules of the document are similar.

A car pass is also required for traveling within Mariupol.

“For those who are going to visit Mariupol - remember. Now it is a one-way street. For those who are going to leave Mariupol in the direction of Zaporizhzhia, before the opening of official corridors you have only a few days before the complete closure of the route to Berdyansk,” said Andryushchenko.

According to Andryushchenko, Mariupol, blocked by russian troops, is “unrealistic” to restore by the occupiers in the near future. Communications in the city have been destroyed, in particular, gas will have to be laid again.

The occupiers are also rotating at checkpoints around the city in the direction of Zaporizhzhia. They replace local collaborators with the Rosguard and Kadyrovites.
