Russians fire point-blank at the multi-srorey buildings in the outskirts of Sievierodonetsk from tanks.
The Head of the Luhansk RMA (Region MilitaryAdministration) Serhiy Haidai reported it.
The russians are transferring killers and equipment from other war action areas and the "russian hinterland." The ruscists [russian fascists] are attacking our positions around the clock, trying to break through the defense. The russians are destroying the regional center; the shelling is going on all the time... The russians cannot defeat the Ukrainian army in battle, so contrary to the rules of war, they are destroying cities and killing civilians," - said Haidai.
He urged residents of the region to stay in shelters.
Now the russian troops tried to attack the city but, after receiving a powerful answer from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, retreated to their previous positions.
Yesterday Serhiy Haidai said that the occupiers were throwing all their forces to seize Sievierodonetsk.
