In the evening of June 1, the russians launched missile strikes on the Lviv region. They were inflicted on the object of transport infrastructure, said the head of the Lviv RMA Maksym Kozytsky.

"At the moment, it is known that 5 people were injured. Their condition is assessed by doctors as mild or moderate. There is no threat to life," Kozytskyi later added.

Oleksandr Kamyshin, Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, clarified that there were no casualties among the railway workers. He stressed that the information about the attack on the Beskid tunnel is not true.

Update. On the morning of June 2, Kozytskyi provided additional details about the night shelling. Four cruise missiles were fired from the Black Sea.

Railway facilities are significantly damaged. Many trains are delayed. Lviv Railway specialists are working to restore the connection. There are five wounded (3 in Stryy district, 2 - in Sambir). Four people are in moderate condition. They are in regional hospitals. One. "She has minor injuries, she was not hospitalized. Fortunately, no one was killed," he said.
