The Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal has banned the Communist Party of Ukraine.
The property, funds and all assets of the political force and all its organizations should be transferred to the state, the court said on Facebook.
The District Administrative Court in Kyiv terminated the Communist Party's operation back in 2015, but the decision was appealed.
The Communist Party of Ukraine was established in 1993. It could not take part in elections since 2015.
