Russia likely augmented some of its units west of the Dnipro River with mobilized troops. However, this came from extremely low manning levels.
100 people should be added to each company, an intelligence report from the UK Ministry of Defence states.
“In the last six weeks there has been a clear move from Russian ground forces to transition to a long-term, defensive posture on most areas of the front line in Ukraine,” the military said.
This is probably due to the fact that the severely undermanned and poorly trained Russians are only capable of defensive operations.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, about 1000 Russians were brought to Kherson Region, to the right bank of Dnipro.
