Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba met Philippine Foreign Secretary Luis Enrique Manalo to discuss ways of strengthening bilateral ties.
"I met with Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Philippines @SecManalo to inform him that Ukraine is going to open an embassy in Manila to strengthen ties with the Philippines and Asia," Kuleba tweeted.
They also discussed ways to develop political contacts and trade, ensure global food security.
