According to the military intelligence of Ukraine, Russia is already using the strategic stockpile of some types of weapons, as well as missiles manufactured this year, in particular in August, the representative of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate, Vadym Skibitskyy has said.
According to him, this indicates that some missiles come straight from the assembly line.
"How long they will be enough for depends on the production. It has fallen compared to the pre-war period," Skibitsky noted.
However, he added that by circumventing economic sanctions, Russia is still able to produce a certain number of cruise missiles and other weapons used against Ukraine.
In particular, during two months Russia has been moving 122-mm and 152-mm artillery ammunition from Belarus.
Also, according to the intelligence, Russia is negotiating with other countries on the supply of ammunition, missile weapons to MLRS Smerch and Uragan, which it is short of. In addition, Russia continues negotiations with Iran to replenish ballistic missiles.
According to Skibitskyy, there are relevant draft agreements between these countries, but so far no deliveries of such weapons have been recorded.
