Russian occupying authorities are dismantling high-rise buildings in Mariupol, Donetsk Region. Fifty such buildings have already been taken down, according to Petro Andryushchenko, an adviser to exiled Mariupol mayor.
He noted that there were at least 2,500 apartments in the 50 dismantled apartment blocks.
The Russians are claiming to be building new housing.
"According to official data, the occupiers are building 22 houses with 1,520 apartments," Andryushchenko said.
