Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken have held a phone conversation.
"As we approach the anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion I appreciate the continued close coordination and cooperation with Dmytro Kuleba and his team in Ukraine. In my call with the Foreign Minister today I reiterated, the U.S. is not going anywhere and neither is Ukraine," Blinken tweeted.
Kuleba, for his part, said he "emphasised the need for Ukraine to receive Western-type tanks". "We also discussed further sanctions on Russia. Grateful to the U.S. for standing with Ukraine," he added.
