The Russian military command has begun to resort to limited missile strikes more often instead of the previous massive volleys, Natalya Humenyuk, head of the Joint Coordination Press Centre of the Defence Forces South, has said on the air of the telethon.
"The previous tactics, when the enemies used a lot of missiles and had not very good results, did not satisfy them," she said.
According to Humenyuk, the Russian command apparently realized that the tactics of massive strikes did not work because of the high efficiency of Ukrainian air defence.
"That's why the Russians are looking for ways to exhaust it. The enemy is trying to reconnoiter the location of air defence systems," she explained.
