“Joseph Biden, welcome to Kyiv! Your visit is an extremely important sign of support for all Ukrainians”, he wrote.

Biden arrived in Kyiv by train from Poland, the New York Times reports. The visit is a sign of his administration's resolve in the face of the one-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
