A cyberattack on a number of web resources of Ukrainian state and local authorities was registered in 23 February, as a result of which the content of several pages was modified, the State Special Communications Service has said.
Specialists at the Security Service, the State Special Communications Service and the National Police are working together to localize and investigate the circumstances of this cyber incident.
"At the moment, it can be stated that the incident did not lead to a significant disruption of the systems and did not affect the performance of government functions. Most information resources have already been restored and are operating normally," the agency said.
The State Special Communications Service said that on the eve of the anniversary of the full-scale invasion, Russia "continues to remind of itself in cyberspace, where it has long behaved like a terrorist state, attacking civilian targets".
