The National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has announced the exposure of a criminal organization headed by a former head of the State Property Fund, which seized more than UAH 500 million from Odesa Portside Plant JSC and United Mining and Chemical Company JSC in 2019-2021, the NABU press service has said.
"At the same time, the amount of unlawful benefit received by members of the criminal organization for the entire period of control over Odesa Portside Plant JSC is more than UAH 2 billion," the NABU added.
The agency did not name the former head of the SPF in question, but during the specified period the Fund was headed by Dmytro Sennychenko.
