Russians hit an invincibility point in Kostyantynivka with rockets. Three women, who were internally displaced persons from Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar and the village of Opytne in Pokrovsk District, were killed. According to updated data from the State Emergency Service, the total number of victims is five, as two men were also killed.
According to the investigation, the shelling took place on 24 March 2023 at 01:00. In addition to the victims, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported two wounded.
One of the missiles hit the building of the invincibility centre, and the other hit nearby.
"Under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the Prosecutor General's Office said.
Law enforcement officers are working at the scene.
