Today, Ukraine returned home the bodies of 83 fallen soldiers, the Ministry of Reintegration reports on Telegram.

The transfer of the bodies from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine took place with the assistance of the Office of the Commissioner for Missing Persons under the Ministry of Reintegration in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

The transfer of the bodies is carried out under the provisions of the Geneva Convention.

There is currently the Commissioner for Missing Persons hotline in Ukraine: 0 800 339 247. You can also report missing persons to the Commissioner personally by calling (099) 792-01-26. On weekends, messages can be sent via Viber and Telegram to the number: (095) 896-04-21.

Between 24 February 2022 and 23 March, the bodies of 1,426 fallen defenders were returned to Ukraine.
