At least three people were killed and six wounded in Russian shelling of Kostyantynivka, Donetsk Region, this morning, Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, has said on Telegram.
"Russians shelled the central part of the city this morning. Numerous high-rise buildings and private homes were damaged. The victims are currently being provided with the necessary assistance. Rescuers and police are working at the scene," he said.
The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, said that Russians massively shelled Kostiantynivka with MLRS and cluster munitions.
As of 10 p.m., Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said that an inspection of the site of the shelling had been completed. Currently, there are six dead and 11 wounded. He added that 16 apartment buildings and 17 private houses, a kindergarten and a gas pipeline were damaged. The wounded are being provided with medical aid.
