The Russian military launched air strikes on the town of Hulyaypole in Zaporizhzhya Region at about 11:30 a.m., the Office of the Prosecutor-General has said on Telegram.
According to the report, under the procedural guidance of the Polohy district prosecutor's office, Zaporizhzhya Region, a pre-trial investigation was launched in criminal proceedings over violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
"According to the investigation, at around 11:30 a.m. on 1 May 2023, the Russian military carried out air strikes on the town of Hulyaypole, Polohove District. Three people were injured," it said.
The attack partially destroyed private houses and outbuildings. The blast wave blew out windows and smashed glass panes, and damaged a car. The materials of the criminal proceedings will be further transferred to the SBU office in Zaporizhzhya Region.
