After the meeting in Copenhagen in June, the President's office (PO) is increasing the number of participants in the discussion of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s Peace Formula in Saudi Arabia — among them will be the countries of the West, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, announced the head of the PO Andriy Yermak.
According to him, Ukraine's strategy for the implementation of Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s Peace Formula has three levels. The first is meetings with ambassadors accredited to Ukraine; meetings will be devoted to a detailed examination of each of the Peace Formula’s points. The second level is about Ukrainian initiative on meetings with national security advisers and political advisers with the aim to find optimal formulations and mechanisms for the implementation of the Ukrainian peace plan. The third is the Global Peace Summit with the leaders of the states, at which the implementation of the Formula will take place.
Currently, the President's Office continues to prepare the second meeting at the level of national security advisers and political advisers to the leaders of the states in Saudi Arabia.
"Let me remind you that Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s Peace Formula consists of 10 points. Each of them is discussed in an individual and group format with partners at such meetings. Our goal in Saudi Arabia is to develop a unified vision of the Formula, to work out the possibilities of holding the future Global Peace Summit. We need the restoration of world order, international law and the establishment of a just peace on the basis of the UN Charter and on the terms of Ukraine," Yermak summarised.
