A large-scale Russian drone attack on Rivne Region last night destroyed a local oil depot in Dubny area, people were not hurt, the head of the regional military administration, Vitaliy Koval, has said on Telegram.
Forty-five rescuers, 14 special machine and a fire train, and law enforcers are working at the scene.
"Chemical and radiation levels are standard. There will be no evacuation of population," he added.
